Bart and I discovered the shenendoah valley over the holiday on the drive back from Maryland. I have never seen the mountains so beautiful at dusk, backlit with a pinkorange sky and dusky blue purple. I might have some photos, but I know they don't do it justice. We hiked Humpback Rocks and discovered we loved West Virginia. New River Gorge=misty love
